Major Partnerships |
Major partnerships refer to all partnership arrangements that involve the HEART Trust as a corporate entity as well as one or more training institutions, divisions or related entities, such as NCTVET. They are broad-based and far-reaching in scope, complexity and/or impact; necessitate the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding amongst all key partners and/or the development of a project document to which all parties agree; involve significant contribution of HEART resources (in-kind and/or cash) which is either paid for by fees charges, or is considered counterpart contribution as part of a larger fund to be accessed by the HEART Trust/NTA in furtherance of the stated partnership/project goals.
